    By accessing and using the Western Garden City Amusement Park website and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

    About Our Services

    Western Garden City Amusement Park ("we", "us", "our") operates a booking platform that allows customers to purchase and manage tickets for admission to our amusement park facility located along the Kubwa–Zuba Expressway, Dei-Dei, Abuja, Nigeria.

    Ticket Purchases and Bookings

    • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by management.
    • Tickets are valid for single-day admission only on the date specified at purchase.
    • Customers must provide accurate personal information when booking tickets.
    • Tickets are non-transferable and reserved for the named customer only.
    • Customers must present valid identification matching the ticket holder details at park entry.

    Payment Terms

    • Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment provider.
    • All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes.
    • We accept electronic payments via debit cards, credit cards, and other methods as displayed during checkout.
    • A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
    • We are not responsible for transactions that fail due to insufficient funds, expired payment methods, or incorrect payment details provided by the customer.

    Customer Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
    • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms.
    • You must comply with all park rules and regulations during your visit.
    • You are responsible for any tickets purchased using your account.
    • Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout their park visit.

    Park Rules and Safety

    • By entering the park, you agree to follow all posted rules, signage, and instructions from staff.
    • The park is open from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM daily unless otherwise announced.
    • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who violates park policies.
    • Visitors use all facilities and attractions at their own risk.
    • Persons with certain health conditions should consult their physician before using park attractions.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Western Garden City Amusement Park shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, tickets, or facilities, including but not limited to injury, loss of profit, or data loss.
